My grandmother has been in the best wards ever the past 9 days. She asked to come here as her husband, my grandfather was cared for here 9 years ago.
We can't thank you enough for all you have done for her.

No improvements required.
I was originally by my GP to cruse-but they said 4 to 6 week wait for 1 to 1, and infact have never heard back from them.
St.Peter's saw me within a week- which was when I needed it.

The staff were very caring and helpful. A lot of advise was given so that you didn't feel you had to go asking for help.
Occasionally you felt a little lost as there was a lot of clients and not enough nursing staff but on the whole a peaceful and calming environment, where you felt safe and cared for.
